Much like the camel, the Brahman stores food and water in the odd- looking hump on its back. This hump is a deposit of fat. This fat however is what makes this cut so remarkable, it creates an incredibly marbled, insanely tender piece of melt in your mouth beef.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs, all of which are recyclable*. This box can keep your order cool for up to 2 hours after delivery.
