Rib fillet, known down south as Scotch Fillet is second only to eye fillet in tenderness and first in flavour. Rib fillet steaks are tender, juicy and very flavorful, with just the right amount of fat.

Fast cooking methods using high heat produce the most delectable results, also making sure the steak is at room temperature before cooking will ensure even searing and will prevent the steak from having a cool centre when cooking rare to medium rare.

Raised on the glorious hinterland of the Manning Valley, situated centrally on Australia's East Coast. Where lush pastures grow on deep fertile soils, where cattle graze on the rolling hills in the way nature intended.

Raised without added growth hormones or antibiotics, with marbling that ensures your meat is succulent, tender and full of flavour.

Our online orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs, all of which are recyclable*. This box can keep your order cool for up to 2 hours after delivery.
