We used the Black Opal Bolar Blade for steak burgers at our baseball club. Although there was some prep work involved with trimming, the meat was then sliced into 6mm thickness against the grain, and was perfect for a quick hit on the barby. They were a hit and were full of flavour. They cost us approx $2.20 each, gave us about 50 burgers, and worked out at approx the same price as a standard meat patty.
