Absolutely delicious, full-flavoured Australian Wagyu. Our heart smart rumps don't include the rump cap, however do have a small fat cap left on.

These are great for cutting into steaks or roasting whole!

Wagyu is full of finely flecked intramuscular fat - this fat is full of intense flavour, and melts much closer to room temperature than regular fat. This means that less fat makes it into your waist, but all the flavour makes it onto your plate.

Please note that we can only pack Beef Steaks and Chicken Breast singularly, all other products have a minimum of 2 pieces or 200 grams per bag unless otherwise
stated.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs, all of which are recyclable*. This box can keep your order cool for up to 2 hours after delivery.

My First Wagyu Rump

What a surprise, great cut of meat very tender with heaps of flavor. Very juicy when cooked over hot coals on the Webber.

I used SPG from lanes seasoning mix to give that added flavor very happy with the result.

I’ll be keeping a lookout for Wagyu again.
