Ingredients

4 x Thin Cut Steaks
2 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
mixed greens
1 x can tinned beetroot
1 x red onion, thinly sliced into rings
tomato relish or chutney
4 x crusty bread rolls
Potato crisps and pickle spears to serve.
Directions
Preheat a BBQ flat plate or heavy-based pan to high. Drizzle steaks with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Cook steak for 1 ½ - 2 minutes. Flip and cook a further 1 - 2 minutes.
Slice buns open and toast, cut-side down, on hot pan or BBQ.
Layer greens on one side of the toasted bun. Top with steak, beetroot, onion, relish, and bun lid.
Arrange steak sandwiches on a platter, with crisps and pickles, to serve.
