Super Butcher Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
At Super Butcher, we take pride in delivering high-quality meat and exceptional service. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee that all our products are fresh, carefully packed, and arrive in the best possible condition. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so we can address the issue promptly.
Once the initial 24 hours are past, we accept satisfaction complaints for the entire shelf life of the product, or up to 30 days from receipt.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept traditional returns. However, we will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit under the following circumstances:
1. Quality Issues or Product Concerns
If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours with the following:
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging
- Your order number
Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
2. Order Issues (Missing or Incorrect Items)
If your order is incomplete or contains incorrect items, let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by sending the missing items, replacing incorrect products, or providing store credit.
3. Packaging Breaches or Transit Issues
If you receive a package that has been damaged in transit, opened, or improperly sealed, please take photos immediately and contact our team. We will work with our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
What We Cannot Accept
- Change of Mind Returns: As we sell perishable food products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- Incorrect Storage or Handling: We cannot refund or replace products that have been improperly stored after delivery. Please ensure refrigeration or freezing upon arrival.
- Delayed Reports: Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
