Please note that we do not portion this pack down to specific weights, they will come as advertised.

It is recommended to freeze items upon delivery if you do not wish to consume them within the next few days following delivery.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on all subscription orders. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

The day of the week and method chosen on your first subscription order will be the same for each recurring order.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

When will my order be delivered?

At the checkout you will be presented with delivery options based on the postcode you reside in.

Each delivery will be completed on the same day of the week you choose on your first order, in the intervals chosen by you.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered via an external courier company that will leave your box in a safe place and send you a photo if you are not home. You will receive tracking via SMS the night before your delivery with an estimated delivery time.

Each order is packed in a recyclable box with gel ice packs that keep your order cool for up to 5 hours post-delivery.

Can I use buy now, pater later options for this subscription?

No, buy now, pay later is not available for any subscription products.

Why is my mince a brown/grey colour?

All vacuum sealed beef mince may appear brown/grey in colour due to the lack of oxygen under vacuum. This discolouration is completely normal and once the package is opened and oxygen is allowed to return to the meat it will return to its original colour.
