Wagyu topside is perfect for roasting and slicing thin for tender, flavour-packed roast beef. The marbling helps keep the roast moist as it cooks, while the Argentinian BBQ marinade adds a savoury, smoky, herb-packed hit inspired by classic South American barbecue flavours.

Perfect as a centrepiece roast, sliced for steak sandwiches, or served with roasted vegetables and fresh chimichurri-style sides, this limited edition Wagyu Topside is an easy way to bring big BBQ flavour to the dinner table.

Beef, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Vegetables, Salt, Herbs & Spices, Sugar, Red Wine Powder, Food Acid (Citric Acid), Vinegar Powder, Vegetable Gum (Xanthan), Natural Colour (Paprika Oleoresin).

Gluten free.

Please note: We are more than happy to cut roasts down to smaller portions (E.g. 1kg, 2kg, etc.) but we do not dice & stir-fry roasts or slice roasts into steaks.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs, all of which are recyclable*. This box can keep your order cool for up to 2 hours after delivery.

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).

If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.
