The last cow you want to rub up the wrong way is Callie. Wow, she has a temper! In fact she’s a champion ‘no rules’ fighter, known far and wide for her power hoof. So we created You Got Beef, a garlic spice blend that you can rub on when you cook your beef ribs or Tomahawk Steak. It’s very versatile, and can be added to beef mince for homemade burger patties, or beef brisket.

Please note that we can only pack Beef Steaks and Chicken Breast singularly, all other products have a minimum of 2 pieces or 200 grams per bag unless otherwise

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

Item availability varies in-store and online. If you are looking for this item in-store it is always best to call ahead to confirm availability.

Awesome for steak👌

Absolute game changer for cooking steaks👌 Super convenient and adds a fantastic flavour.

I normally cook beef eye fillet or venison back strap. Rub the meat and let it rest for a while before cooking. Chuck it in the Weber on indirect heat for a while with some smoking wood chips until it's 60°C 👌 Absolutely delicious!

Our butchers love to help! If you would like to leave some extra packing instructions in your order notes, please do! For example: “Please pack mince and chicken breast in 500g bags”.

Do you want the whole rump cap separated from a whole rump for a roast? No problem! Let us know in the order instructions. As long as its something our butchers can do safely, we'll be happy to oblige and let you know if there are any issues.

Once you select pick-up or delivery and enter the checkout, you will find the entry box on the right-hand side of our shipping details and choose your date pages (pages 1 and 2 of the checkout).

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).


If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.
