Greenham Grass Fed cattle are let to graze on lush, rolling plains where they are left to their own devices closer to their natural state. This happy, stress free beef is fuller in flavour and leaner due to the lack of grain in their diet.
The Porterhouse cut is prepared from the striploin, and is characterised by a lean but tender steak with a thin top strip of fat for extra taste. You can trim the fat off if you prefer it leaner still.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.
Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs, all of which are recyclable*. This box can keep your order cool for up to 2 hours after delivery.
