You like spicy? You got it! This ‘Nduja spreadable and notoriously hot Salumi product originates from the southeast of Calabria and packs a punch. We recommend allowing the ‘Nduja to rest to room temperature before spreading on warm bread with a ripe cheese.

This ‘Nduja is very flexible, it can be spread and can also be crumbled over pizza or added to passata. Additionally, ‘Nduja is a flavoursome replacement for chilli in any dish or recipe. 

This ‘Nduja is Gluten Free and Dairy Free.

Australia Pork, Sea Salt, Chilli (5.5%), Spices, Red Wine, Dextrose, Ascorbic Acid, Garlic, Rosemary Extract, Green Tea Extracted, Sodium Nitrite (250), Starter Culture.

Please note that we can only pack Beef Steaks and Chicken Breast singularly, all other products have a minimum of 2 pieces or 200 grams per bag unless otherwise
stated.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

Item availability varies in-store and online. If you are looking for this item in-store it is always best to call ahead to confirm availability.

Tasty and spicy

Goes great on pizza, and in any dish you want to spice up a bit. Delivery service is awesome with insulated ice packed box so no worries about spoiling during transport.

Awesome for pasta sauce

Fry it off with some extra olive oil, toss in some onion, cherry tomato's and a few fresh basil leaves then Al dente pasta for a delicious spicy meal.

Once you select pick-up or delivery and enter the checkout, you will find the entry box on the right-hand side of our shipping details and choose your date pages (pages 1 and 2 of the checkout).

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).


If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.
