Rib Fillet, otherwise known as Scotch Fillet comes from a boneless beef rib set and features a line of fat marbling that gives it that incredible taste and supreme tenderness, making it one of, if not the most sought after steak on the market.

Rib fillet are best when cooked fast at a high temp and when cooked to medium or medium rare. Making sure the steaks are at room temperature before cooking will help with making this steak reach its peak potential. 

Rib Fillet usually does not have any off cuts but in the rare occasion it does they will be sent to you when asked to do so.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
