This kit features their signature rich, creamy Tonkotsu stock, crafted with love and expertise from Bangalow Sweet Pork bones. Infused with a hint of burnt garlic and cuttlefish, their broth is cooked to perfection in a high-pressure cooker, delivering an unparalleled depth of flavour.

Each pack includes 2 servings of their premium thin, straight noodles, perfectly matched to the Tonkotsu broth. The soup and noodles are individually portioned for your convenience, making it easy to enjoy restaurant-quality ramen at home.

Please note that toppings are not included in this pack, only the soup and noodles are provided.

Savour the essence of Taro's Ramen with this Classic Tonkotsu Home Pack, where every bowl tells a story of passion, precision, and the pursuit of the perfect ramen.

Soup: Water, pork, soy sauce (contains wheat), soybean oil, garlic, onion, salt, squid, chicken, mirin, yeast extract, sugar, kelp, shiitake mushroom, white pepper.

Noodles: Wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, egg white, salt, sodium carbonate.

Contains Wheat, gluten, mollusc, egg, soy.

Please note that we can only pack Beef Steaks and Chicken Breast singularly, all other products have a minimum of 2 pieces or 200 grams per bag unless otherwise
stated.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

Taros Ramen

These home kits are amazing. We love Taros at Stones Corner but can't always get out to eat there. Their take home packs are awesome and I was thrilled to discover that the Super Butcher stocks them. Highly recommend!

Our butchers love to help! If you would like to leave some extra packing instructions in your order notes, please do! For example: “Please pack mince and chicken breast in 500g bags”.

Do you want the whole rump cap separated from a whole rump for a roast? No problem! Let us know in the order instructions. As long as its something our butchers can do safely, we'll be happy to oblige and let you know if there are any issues.

Once you select pick-up or delivery and enter the checkout, you will find the entry box on the right-hand side of our shipping details and choose your date pages (pages 1 and 2 of the checkout).

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).


If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.
