To truly savour the tenderness and distinct flavour of Wagyu, it's recommended to cook this to a medium level.

This Skirt Steak is sold as a whole product and cannot be sliced or portioned. Size and shape may vary from product photos.

S. Kidman cattle are raised on our Queensland and Northern Territory properties.

At 18-24 months of age, the cattle are finished off for a minimum 200 days in the Northern New South Wales feeding hub on a carefully formulated mixture of grains.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
