Rib Fillet are best when cooked fast at a high temp and when cooked to medium or medium rare. Making sure the rib fillet steaks are at room temperature before cooking will help with taking this cut to its peak potential.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
