Made in Australia using 100% Aussie potatoes, these Mini Potato Cakes / Scallops / Fritters are the perfect easy side or snack for family dinners, weekend BBQs, burgers, steaks, and entertaining platters.

They cook quickly with a seasoned golden batter and a crispy outside, giving you that classic creamy potato centre and nostalgic flavour in every bite. Great to keep in the freezer for easy snacking, sharing, or adding something extra to a meal.

DEEP FRY for 4-5 mins at 180°C.

AIR FRY at 200°C for 12-15 mins.

OVEN BAKE at 230°C conventional (210°C fan forced) for 19-25 mins.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

Once you select pick-up or delivery and enter the checkout, you will find the entry box on the right-hand side of our shipping details and choose your date pages (pages 1 and 2 of the checkout).

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).


If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.
