Black Forest Smoke House is the result of a unique story that reflects the character of Australia’s past and the tenacity of their family.

The Deignan family have been proud meat providers for four generations.

As a fourth generation butcher, they are passionate about continuing the finest traditions of their artisan ancestors who arrived in Australia from Europe back in 1863. They're equally passionate about working closely with the country's best chefs to develop and deliver unique products, supported by reliable service, and friendly knowledgeable advice.

Please note that we cannot slice or portion leg hams, they will come as half or whole hams as ordered.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
