Our Boneless Lamb Leg Roasts are the ultimate in delicious & stress-free entertaining. Easy to cook, simple to carve, and full of rich Aussie flavour, these roasts take the hassle out of Christmas lunch or dinner so you can spend more time celebrating.

Cooking guide:
Roast for 25–30 minutes per 500g at 180°C fan-forced for medium, or until cooked to your liking. For perfect results every time, use a cooking temperature probe.

Each roast is neatly string-tied for your convenience—making them a festive favourite that’s as practical as it is mouth-watering.

PLEASE NOTE: This product is sold as a whole roast and cannot be diced or portioned. These Lamb Legs all vary in weight. We will try our best to find weights closest to what you have chosen but the final weight may differ. You will be refunded for the difference if the total weight is lower than you have ordered. Size and shape may vary from product photo.

Please note: We are more than happy to cut roasts down to smaller portions (E.g. 1kg, 2kg, etc.) but we do not dice & stir-fry roasts or slice roasts into steaks.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
