Lamb kidney is an excellent source of protein, iron, and vitamin B12 among other vital nutrients. Kidney can be very strong-tasting, iron-rich and can sometimes even be a bit bitter. To offset this you want to match your flavours through adding pepper, mustard, and spices to enrich the taste and cook it at the right temperature.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs, all of which are recyclable*. This box can keep your order cool for up to 2 hours after delivery.
