Sourced from Vintage Beef Co. and matured for more than 60 months, this rib fillet reflects old-world European beef ageing traditions, now brought to Australian tables through Greenham’s ethical, hormone-free, antibiotic-free program.

Sear it over a flame or reverse-sear in the oven for a memorable result.

Pro tip: Salt 45 minutes before cooking to draw out and intensify natural flavours.

Vintage Beef farmers have turned their breeding cattle out to pasture for retirement where they feed only on grass.

These roamers further mature in a relaxed environment and are not processed until they are at least 60 months – more than twice the age of regular cattle.

Because the cows are older, the meat has a rich, developed grass fed flavour alongside superb marbling.

The result, a distinct and unique eating experience, enjoyed by Europeans for years.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

Superb!

MB3+ marbling superb. Needs to be cooked slightly shorter but hotter than usual to get to M/R to melt the larger bits of fat. Very tasty with rub but sensational without!

Once you select pick-up or delivery and enter the checkout, you will find the entry box on the right-hand side of our shipping details and choose your date pages (pages 1 and 2 of the checkout).

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).


If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.

By selecting "Yes" for “Keep the offcuts?” you’ll receive the smaller end pieces and trimmings that come from slicing your bulk beef — the same beef, just in uneven shapes and sizes, perfect for tallow or a super special treat for your furry friends.
