8 Grand prizes to be won, one winner per store. Each grand prize
valued at minimum $1009! Total prize pool value over $8072
Entries will be catalogued per store basis (entries that cannot be
attributed to a single store will be randomly dispersed throughout each store.
Winners will be randomly generated on livestream and contacted immediately.
Eligibility. Open to Australian residents only, winners must
be able to accept delivery of prizes within fourteen (14) days of draw date.
Max 1 entry per person per day. Entries close September 31.
Timing: Shop & Win begins 00:01am September 1 2022 and
ends 11:59pm September 30 2022. Winners will be drawn October 5 2022.
How To Enter: To enter, participants must purchase any
eligible product using their VIP card in-store or an account online. Members
will be contacted using their account details.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the
Shop & Win competition constitutes winner's consent to The Company's use of
winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information,
hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further
payment or consideration.
General Conditions: The Company reserves the right to
cancel or modify the Shop & Win competition if fraud, technical failures,
human error or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Shop & Win
competition, as determined by The Company in its sole discretion. In such
event, The Company reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among
the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The
company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of
the Shop and Win competition, or to be acting in violation of the Official
Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive
manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or
undermine the legitimate operation of the Shop and Win competition is a
violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made,
Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest
extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these
Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold
harmless The Company, and any promotional partners, their parent, subsidiary,
affiliate, and related companies, and each of its and their respective
officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively the “Released
Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim, or cause of
action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of
participation in the Shop and Win competition or resulting directly or
indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in
connection with the Shop & Win, including without limitation personal
injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights,
defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not
responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by
entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated
with or utilized in the Shop & Win; (2) technical failures of any kind,
including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in
phone lines, or network hardware, or software; (3) unauthorized human
intervention in any part of the entry process or the Shop & Win; (4)
technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Shop
& Win competition or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage
to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or
in part, from entrant’s participation in the Shop & Win competition or
receipt, or use of any prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related
activity. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been
erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole
remedy is another entry in the Shop & Win competition, if it is possible.
No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that
production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more
than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be
available and/or claimed, The Company reserves the right to award only the
stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded,
eligible prize claims.
