The filet mignon is from the small end of the tenderloin area of the cow, which is non-weight bearing and not toughened by exercise, resulting in extremely tender meat. 

These delicious filet mignons have been doused with succulent red wine and garlic sauce, topped with garlic butter that will melt over the filet when cooked and to finish it off it is wrapped with tasty Aussie bacon. With all these ingredients combined you will receive a flavour sensation like no other.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
