A whole lamb leg roast is perfect for feeding the hungry troops at family dinner. Proudly sourced from no-added hormone grass fed lamb.

Please note: We are more than happy to cut roasts down to smaller portions (E.g. 1kg, 2kg, etc.) but we do not dice & stir-fry roasts or slice roasts into steaks.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

Albany Creek: 10am
Oxenford: 11am
Ashmore: 11am
Southport: 12pm
Morayfield: 12pm

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

Family lunch favourite

Lovely and tender and with lots of flavour . Roasted this on the BBQ for a family lunch and received compliments. Paired with the beeremburg Mint jelly.

So delicious

We roasted this for Christmas dinner and everyone raved about it. We only added salt and pepper, olive oil, rosemary and garlic when cooking so the lamb could be the main star of the roast. All of the leftovers were divided up between the family and people were keen to take home as much as they could.

Do you want the whole rump cap separated from a whole rump for a roast? No problem! Let us know in the order instructions. As long as its something our butchers can do safely, we'll be happy to oblige and let you know if there are any issues.

Pickups are available from 8am at our Eagle Farm store, 10am at our Wynnum, Browns Plains and Albany Creek stores, 11am from our Oxenford and Ashmore stores, 12pm from our Southport, Runaway Bay, and Morayfield stores and 1pm from our Mermaid Beach store.

Cut-Offs:

Tuesday - Order by 10am Monday

Wednesday, Thursday - Order by 10am Tuesday

Friday, Saturday - Order by 10am Thursday

Once you select pick-up or delivery and enter the checkout, you will find the entry box on the right-hand side of our shipping details and choose your date pages (pages 1 and 2 of the checkout).

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).


If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.
