How to make a delicious Asian inspired rice poke bowl in less than 6 steps.

Ingredients
Cooked, Room Temperature Basmati Rice (2 Cups)

Chicken Breast (Approx 300g or 4 tenderloins) Sliced Into 1 Inch Strips

Lanes BBQ Magic Dust BBQ Rub (1 heaped Tbsp)
Roma Tomato x 1 (Sliced)
Half Baby Gem Lettuce (Shredded)
Tbsp Pickled Ginger
Kewpie Mayo (To Dress)
Sliced Cayenne Chili x 1
Avocado 1x Half (Fanned)
Vegetable Oil 2 Tbsp
Directions
Prep
Place chicken strips, vegetable oil and Magic Dust BBQ rub into a bowl and mix together. Let rest for 10 minutes.
Bring a grill to high heat.
Cooking
On a hot grill, place chicken strips and cook each side for 4-5 minutes. Set aside and rest.
Bringing It All Together
While the chicken is resting, spoon rice into the bottom of a serving bowl (1 bowl per person). Lay avocado, tomato, lettuce and chicken neatly on top of the bed of rice.
Drizzle with Kewpie mayonnaise and finish with pickled ginger and chili.
