Each steak is sliced to approx. 20mm thick (220–250g each) — the ideal thickness for BBQ rib fillet, helping lock in tenderness while delivering that rich, beefy flavour rib fillet is known for.

These steaks are packed in 800g lots and cannot be portioned down.

Best cooking tip: Rib fillet loves a hot, fast cook. For the best result, bring your steaks to room temperature before grilling so they cook evenly and hit their peak potential.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
