  • Thick ~ 30mm/310g +/- 5%

Every animal is fully traceable from farm to plate and processed under strict AUS-MEAT approved standards for consistent quality you can trust.

These rib fillet steaks are perfect for the grill or pan, and also perform beautifully with reverse sear or sous vide. Its natural marbling melts during cooking to create a tender, flavour-packed steak with a buttery finish.

Butcher’s tip: Keep it simple — salt, hot pan or grill, cook to medium-rare, then rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Josdale Black Angus cattle can be found roaming the lush green pastures of Gippsland in Victoria, a region internationally renowned for consistently producing high quality beef. Working with trusted accredited farmers, Josdale source 100% naturally grass-fed Black Angus cattle, free from added antibiotics and added hormone growth promotants.

Their processing facility is close by, with all meat produced in accordance with strict quality protocols and industry standards approved by Aus-meat in Australia and USDA in the US.

Please note that we can only pack Beef Steaks and Chicken Breast singularly, all other products have a minimum of 2 pieces or 200 grams per bag unless otherwise

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
