Cut from the loin for a naturally tender, juicy bite, these chops are made for quick, flavour-packed cooking. The yoghurt helps keep them succulent, while bright lemon and punchy garlic deliver that craveable, Mediterranean-style hit in every mouthful.

How to cook

• BBQ/Grill: Hot plate, quick cook for a lightly charred edge and juicy centre.

• Pan-sear: Sear hard to caramelise the marinade, then finish gently to keep them tender.

Serving ideas
Pair with a fresh herb salad, roasted potatoes, or warm flatbread with cucumber and mint yoghurt for a restaurant-quality plate at home.

Tip: Like all premium cuts, these chops shine when cooked fast at a high temperature. Let them sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before cooking for the best result.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
