The beef patty needs improvement
Everything other than the patties are great. I have no doubt that wagyu is used yo make patty. But the issue is the common mistake of salting the patty, which tenses up the meat and pretty much gives it a sausage texture and taste, a bit of a waste!
Remember, don't salt your patty until it is on the stove!
The buns are soft brioche like ones, proper american melty cheese, bacon is tasty. Just need to work on the patty.
