Make your own mouth-watering ham at home with Misty Gully Maple Ham Cure.

Comes with complete instructions. See below for instructions on how to make bacon or ham:

 1kg makes up to 8L of brine.

 Easy to use:

Mix 130g of Misty Gully Maple Ham Cure with 1 litre of water to make brine.

Make enough brine to submerge your ham in it's container.

Use an injector to inject 25% of the meat's weight with brine.

Soak for 4-10 days depending on the size of the meat.

After removing from the fridge, soak your meat for an hour or more to remove any excess cure and salt.

Then smoke in your smoker or cook it in your oven until you reach an internal temp of 65-68c.

 Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy!

 It's simple, fun and delicious!

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

Once you select pick-up or delivery and enter the checkout, you will find the entry box on the right-hand side of our shipping details and choose your date pages (pages 1 and 2 of the checkout).

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).


If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.
