These delicious pork loin ribs have already been slow-cooked in a neutral brine. Simply baste with BBQ sauce (a BBQ sauce is included) and heat through in the oven, air fryer or grill. In only 15-20 minutes you will be enjoying tender and succulent pork ribs.

Product must be fully heated through prior to consumption.

Each rack weighs approximately 500g + 50g sauce sachet.

These ribs are chilled, not frozen.

Spare ribs (91%): Pork ribs with meat (89%), water, salt, maltodextrin, modified maize starch (1442), acidity regulator (331), caramelised sugar syrup, garlic, pepper, tomato powder, sugar, dextrose, spice extract.

Barbeque sauce (95): Water, sugar, tomato paste, glucose syrup, flavour, maltodextrin, modified maize starch (1442), jalapeno, thickener (415), vinegar concentrate, preservative (211, 202). Contains gluten.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs, all of which are recyclable*. This box can keep your order cool for up to 2 hours after delivery.
