Pork Hock
Sliced Onion 100g
1 Cup Beer or Liquid of Your Choice
Directions
First, rub the hock generously seasoning of your choice.
Place hock into a baking dish atop sliced onions and beer. Preheat oven to 220c fan-forced.
Place in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes to bring up the crackle.
Lower the temp to 160c fan-forced and cook for 60 minutes.
