Ingredients

Crumbed Chicken Schnitzels - 4pc
8 Inch Burrito Tortillas - 4-6pc
Shredded Cheese - 150g
Truss Tomato - 2pc
Oakleaf Lettuce - 1 Bunch

Beerenberg Ranch Dressing or
Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce or
Lane's One Legged Chicken Spicy Sauce
Directions
Pre heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Place the Chicken Schnitzels on an baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping once half way (15 mins).
Slice the tomatoes thinly then cut the slices in half and chop the lettuce into about 1cm slices. Put aside.
Once the schnitzels are done, slice them width ways about 1cm thick.
Put the chicken into the middle of a tortilla, add lettuce tomato and shredded cheese to your liking and your favourite sauce.
Wrap up and eat!
