Having a long history in the meat industry with a background in animal husbandry and operating piggeries has led them to strive to produce an exceptional product, which exceeds our customer’s expectations.

They like to challenge themselves at Gilly’s and constantly push the manufacturing boundaries by creating products, which are preservative free, gluten free and have reduced additives.
