Josdale works exclusively with trusted, accredited farmers to source 100% grass-fed Black Angus cattle, raised without added antibiotics or hormone growth promotants. Every cut is fully traceable from farm to plate and processed under strict Aus-Meat standards, ensuring quality, consistency and integrity you can trust.

Josdale Black Angus cattle can be found roaming the lush green pastures of Gippsland in Victoria, a region internationally renowned for consistently producing high quality beef. Working with trusted accredited farmers, Josdale source 100% naturally grass-fed Black Angus cattle, free from added antibiotics and added hormone growth promotants.

Their processing facility is close by, with all meat produced in accordance with strict quality protocols and industry standards approved by Aus-meat in Australia and USDA in the US.

Please note that we can only pack Beef Steaks and Chicken Breast singularly, all other products have a minimum of 2 pieces or 200 grams per bag unless otherwise
stated.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

So convenient to buy in bulk but have them cut to size of our liking and packaged individually. A much healthier option for our son who will keep one in the fridge for a quick bbq snack.

Teenager eats all

The Black Angus porterhouse came in thin strips, and my teenager and his girlfriend devoured the lot over 3 days. The steak was succulent, tender, tasted wonderful. Cannot highly enough recommend.

Friday, Saturday - Order by 10am Thursday

Once you select pick-up or delivery and enter the checkout, you will find the entry box on the right-hand side of our shipping details and choose your date pages (pages 1 and 2 of the checkout).

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).


If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.

By selecting "Yes" for “Keep the offcuts?” you’ll receive the smaller end pieces and trimmings that come from slicing your bulk beef — the same beef, just in uneven shapes and sizes, perfect for tallow or a super special treat for your furry friends.
