Pork Loin Roasts are a fantastic cut for roast pork - loin cuts get the best crackling so salt well and start off at a high heat!

These are an easy and very delicious way to feed the whole family and spoil everyone with some crunchy crackling.

PLEASE NOTE: These Pork Loins all vary in weight. We will try our best to find weights closest to what you have chosen but the final weight may differ. You will be refunded for the difference if the total weight is lower than you have ordered. Size and shape may vary from product photo.

Please note: We are more than happy to cut roasts down to smaller portions (E.g. 1kg, 2kg, etc.) but we do not dice & stir-fry roasts or slice roasts into steaks.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

Southport: 12pm
Morayfield: 12pm

Mermaid Beach: 1pm

You can choose your pickup or delivery date in the checkout. Order before 10am for next day pickup & delivery, depending on availability.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.

COOKED ON WEBER KETTLE

Charcoal Weber turned out this most moist and tender pork roast, with crispy crackle at a 64c degree internal temperature.

So delicious and juicy!! Didn't last long in my house with 4 hungry mouths eating it!! Used some of the leftovers for sandwiches, and the rest was cut up and put in a pan with sweet and sour sauce. Definitely purchasing again!!

Our butchers love to help! If you would like to leave some extra packing instructions in your order notes, please do! For example: “Please pack mince and chicken breast in 500g bags”.

Do you want the whole rump cap separated from a whole rump for a roast? No problem! Let us know in the order instructions. As long as its something our butchers can do safely, we'll be happy to oblige and let you know if there are any issues.

Cut-Offs:

Tuesday - Order by 10am Monday

Wednesday, Thursday - Order by 10am Tuesday

Friday, Saturday - Order by 10am Thursday

Once you select pick-up or delivery and enter the checkout, you will find the entry box on the right-hand side of our shipping details and choose your date pages (pages 1 and 2 of the checkout).

Our bulk beef items are advertised as they are, in bulk! This means they will hold some liquid in the bag, as genetically meat is roughly 75% water, 20% protein and 5% fat and other vitamins. These proteins mix with the liquids and extrude from meat over time (no, that's not blood in your bag).


If you are purchasing a bulk item and ask us to slice this into steaks for you, there is loss from this extrusion as well as the trim from any end cuts, large deposits of gristle or hard fats from the product.

Don't want any loss? Ask to keep the trim or for the product to be left whole so you can cut it at home.
