Every cut of Rosedale Ruby A+ premium grade free-range beef comes from our herd of young, award-winning, prime Angus Charolais cattle that are approximately 20 months of age.

Completely hormone and chemical free, the cattle are raised on pristine pastures at their farms in South Eastern Australia and then finished for approximately 150 days using their proprietary blend of natural grains and fresh artesian mineral water to ensure the finest flavour, tenderness, marbling and nutrition.

The name Rosedale Ruby draws upon their rich history and the exceptional qualities of “Ruby” who was a Grand Champion cow from their stud farm “Rosedale” which is located in Australia’s lush, green food bowl over the Great Dividing Range, just four hours west of Sydney, Australia.

Please note: We are more than happy to cut Briskets down to smaller portions (E.g. 2kg, 3kg, etc.) but we do not dice or slice Briskets into steaks or for Shabu Shabu.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

We offer free GPS tracked & refrigerated local delivery on orders over $200, or $19 under. Check if you’re eligible for delivery by opening the cart and using the postcode checker.

We also offer free pickup at any Super Butcher store from Tuesday to Saturday.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs - all of which are soft plastics recyclable, and delivered fresh via refrigerated couriers. This box can keep your order cool for up to 4 hours after delivery.
