Beef chuck is an economical cut with a great texture. Although it is often (unfairly) packaged as low-quality stew beef, chuck is actually one of the most flavoursome beef cuts available.

Chuck makes for a perfect casserole. Browning the meat prior to slow cooking caramelises the meat and adds flavour. In addition, marinating the meat prior to slow cooking will help bring out the flavour of the beef even more.

Wagyu is full of finely flecked intramuscular fat - this fat is full of intense flavour, and melts much closer to room temperature than regular fat. This means that less fat makes it into your waist, but all the flavour makes it onto your plate.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs, all of which are recyclable*. This box can keep your order cool for up to 2 hours after delivery.
