Our New Delivery Boxes
Over the past 12 months our online delivery service has boomed, with more and more of our current customers (and new customers!) choosing to have their food delivered contact-free. As this demand increases exponentially, we have always kept in mind the environmental impacts that this carries.
In 2021, we estimated we would dispatch over 600kg of styrofoam via our online deliveries, which was completely unacceptable; particularly as styrofoam can take up to 500 years to decompose.
That's why we have developed our own delivery solution that's almost as cool as we are. After vigorously testing various thicknesses of boxes using different grades of carboard, and testing countless liner solutions to find what works for us - we have landed on our bespoke delivery solution.

Our Insulating Liners Are:Australian Made |
Disposing Of Your Delivery Materials
Liners: Our soft plastic liners are designed to be Redcycled,
REDcycle points can be found at any Coles or Woolworths grocery stores around Australia, making these liners easy to recycle without taking up space in your recycling bin.
Boxes: Our cardboard boxes are able to be recycled in personal recycling bins.
If you aren't able to recycle these at home, you are welcome to bring the boxes into your local Super Butcher and we will recycle them for you.
IcePak Wraps: These wraps come to us dehydrated to use a smaller carbon footprint, and can be rehydrated and frozen making them reusable. Perfect for camping trips or taking in-store on your next visit to keep your meat cold on the way home.
Our Delivery Service
All orders that are delivered from Super Butcher are sent directly to your door using an external courier service with refrigerated trucks (our staff are busy making sure your orders are cut and packed to the highest standard). You will receive tracking information the night before so you can plan to be at your chosen delivery location when the driver arrives.
