How To Store Your Ham

Soak a Ham Bag, pillowcase or tea towel in 4 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of vinegar.

Wring out excess water and place ham in the Ham Bag, pillowcase or wrap in tea towel. Store in coolest part of fridge.

Re-soak bag in solution every few days or when Ham Bag dries out

How Are Hams Made?

Hams are cured with a mix of salts and spices and smoked for as long as 14 hours! The difference in curing and smoking ingredients, times and methods is what sets one ham apart form another. Our branded hams mean you can always get the exact same flavours next year - offering an unmatched level of consistency and guaranteed quality.

How Long Will My Ham Last?

Our hams are vacuum sealed at the point of production with industrial strength vacuum sealers, as these are never removed from their original packaging and are also subject to a curing process - our hams are guaranteed to last through December and into January.

Are Your Hams Made From Australian Pork?

All of our hams originate from Australian Pork and are smoked and produced in Australia. Each of our Ham Producers have a unique story and method to creating their unique produce.
